Burleson Mayor's Youth Council

Welcome to the Burleson, Texas Mayor's Youth Council Blog! The Burleson Mayor's Youth Council is made up of 13 youth members and 2 voting adult members. The Council consists of a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Media Officer, and Events Officer. We also have the Youth Corps--a branch that helps the MYC with service projects and events. This June will be our 2nd year to have the Burleson Mayor's Youth Council. Right now, we are currently focusing on Transportation for our city, including a rail system that connects our city with the surrounding cities in our area. We want the youth to be able to be connected to our city and others in a faster, and more green way.  What are your thoughts on transportation in your city? How can it be improved? Give us feedback!!
